Volkova Olga Alekasndrovna

1943 born in Moscow in a family of A.V. Volkov, the Russian artist, the painter, the senior lecturer of the Art Department in the Moscow Higher Arts and Crafts College painting (former Stroganovsky) (1916-1978).
1970 finished the V.I.Surikova's Moscow State Art Institute, the poster studio of N.A.Ponomareva, O.M.Savostjuka, B.A.Uspensky, Ju. P.Rejnera.
Since 1967 participated in many largest domestic and foreign exhibitions.
In 1973 jointed the Artist Union of USSR.
Worked in the political poster on themes of fight for peace, peace development of a space, a science and culture role. Worked in the advertising and theatrical poster. She painted and an easel drawing. Many of her posters are created in the co-authorship with M.N.Avvakumovym. Worked in publishing houses "Izobrazitelnoe Iskusstvo", "Agitplakat", "Plakat" - "Panorama".
1993 died in Moscow, buried on the Donskoy's cemetery.
