Graphic artist.
Born in 1906 in Romny.
From 1921-1925 was studying at the Kharkov Institute of Art.
From 1926 started exhibiting his work.
Major works: "VasyaTerkin" (1940, ink), "Postwar Europe" (1947, ink) illustrated books written by M. Gorky, Mark Twain, Chaplygin.
In 1970 he got a Golden Medal of Soviet Peach Fund at the international exhibition "Satire in the struggle for peace" in Moscow. He is also an author of the book "The Experience of working with propaganda posters."
Is an Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation.
Died in Moscow in 1982.
