| Description: | The plane of the battalion commissar Nezhdanoff was struck by the direct hit of five German tanks. On the next approach to the target, Comrade Nezhdanova's aircraft came under heavy attack from enemy antiaircraft guns and was seriously damaged. Not flying to the Soviet territory, Comrade Nezhdanoff was forced to land in the location of the fascist units. The crew set fire to the plane and prepared with weapons in their hands to sell their lives dearly. But the pilots did not leave their commissar in trouble. Continuously firing at the enemy, Soviet aircraft did not allow him to approach the crew of Comrade Nezhdanoff. Choosing the right moment, Lieutenant Struev's plane made a bold landing and took on board Comrade Nezhdanoff and his crew. |
